do you deliver and install?
 Delivery by courier is included free of charge (Nationwide).
Equipment installation is available at standard hourly rates.
  
what area do you cover?
 We service all of New Zealand, however our 2 hour on-site support only applies to the greater Auckland area. Courier charges may apply for machines ordered outside the greater Auckland area.

how do I know which computer to lease/rent?
 That’s where we come in! Tell us what you need it for and we will advise you on the best machine for you. Our expert team often finds that our clients require lower specification machines than they think – saving you money.
  
how soon can you deliver the computing equipment that I need?
 For between 1 to 5 computers within 5 hours of your order (can be within 2 hours if urgent – fees may apply)
For over 5 computers we can deliver within 24 hours
  
what if the computer(s) is/are stolen or damaged?
 You are responsible for all equipment while it is at your premises. We recommend that you check with your insurance company to ensure that our computers are covered under your policy.
  
what if I want to terminate the contract early?
 We acknowledge that people’s needs sometimes change and this is one of the benefits of renting through our smartCare package, flexibility to meet your needs. Therefore, if you want to terminate early, we simply calculate the rate for the shorter term of the contract (rates get progressively higher for shorter term contracts), and you just have to pay the difference between the two rates plus a modest termination fee.
Under our technology+ leases early termination is possible but clients are typically required to pay the remainder of the lease payments with a discount.

what if the computer crashes and all my data is lost?
 We use the most reliable components in the industry to minimise this problem, however in the rare event of a problem the back up of all data on the machine(s) is your responsibility. We recommend back up procedures to all our clients and we lease tape drives, CD writers and zip drives for this purpose.
  
what if I don't want to lease computing equipment from you but I just need support?
